Mike Cysouw brings over 30 years of experience in the flooring industry. He began his journey at the age of 20, working in a flooring warehouse, and soon transitioned into installation—a role he dedicated himself to for 25 years. His hard work and expertise eventually led him to the position of store manager at All Floors and More, where he and his wife Danyell later became proud owners.

Mike’s diverse experience and deep industry knowledge, combined with an incredible team, allow All Floors and More to offer a truly unique and personalized remodeling experience. For Mike, it’s not just a business—it’s the result of a lifelong passion for quality, craftsmanship, and customer satisfaction.
